General Data Protection Regulation
In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of January 6th, 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force on May 25th 2018, we inform you that your personal data will be included in a file under the responsibility of the association PYRENEES RACE in order to respect the commitments relating to the relations with you.
These data will allow us to:
Make you Join the list of volunteers;
Where possible, find a position / position (s) relevant to the volunteer's competence;
Take into account any food allergies;
Keep the volunteer informed of the evolution of the race organization, as well as their assignment to the post / posts that will be attached to him/her.
The compilation of these data is mandatory to have an optimal organization of volunteers before, during and after the race.
These data will remain in the organization of the race: Race Direction, Volunteer Leader. Within a maximum of two months following the race depending on the function of the volunteer, all data will be erased. The association Pyrenees Race is committed not to transmit data of volunteers outside the direction of the race and the person in charge of the volunteers.
A charter will be signed between the race management and the volunteer in which each agrees not to disclose confidential information about the volunteers or the organization of the race.
The volunteer can request access to his personal data by sending an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The volunteer also has the right to modify or withdraw, at any time, the consents he has granted us for the processing of his personal data. You can also exercise your right to portability and your right to decide the fate of post-mortem data.
